What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the therapy that induces a state of deep relaxation then provides positive suggestion to bring about subconscious changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Only a certified hypnotherapist should perform all process.

When you are in hypnotic state, you are totally in control of yourself. But, your subconscious mind is able to receive and respond to suggestions better. This allows you to explore your underlying thoughts, feelings and memories that might have hidden from your conscious mind. Then enables you to address underlying causes and get rid of negative feelings or perceive something differently. For example, shifting your awareness to reduce anxious feelings and pain.
