Practise mindfulness together in a small group and experience how mindfulness and positive focus can bring about positive living and help to improve your mental wellness when you practise regularly. In this group practice, various mindfulness techniques will be introduced in the sessions and I will facilitate you in the class as well as guide you for your own home practice. Drop-in is welcomed and weekly continual sessions are recommended.
Mindfulness is the practice of being in present, bringing your awareness to “here and now”. The practice of mindfulness will increase your awareness of the present moment, therefore allowing you to let go of the past and be peaceful with the future. Mindfulness helps with various emotional issues such as stress, anger, anxiety and depression because such emotions tend to stem from the negative thoughts of the past and the future (‘what happened’ or ‘what may happen’).
As I guide you through the various techniques of mindfulness, you will be able to implement it into your daily life. Mindful living is able to sustain and take care of your own emotional well-being in the long term.
