A session with Dr Chnanis
Our sessions will be one-to-one sessions that tailored to needs, preferences and goals in a warm and confidential setting. The sessions can be either online or face-to-face. Together, we will review your circumstance and see what changes and additions you need to obtain and enhance your contentment, fulfilment and happiness.
I will not only support you to overcome your issues but also to attain your best emotional well-being. Positive therapy is also a preventative and complementary method to sustain your emotional resilience and mental wellness.
